These training scissors have a special learning lever with a spring lock that helps teach children aged three and older how to cut with scissors. The turned learning lever automatically opens the blades after each cutting action, allowing children to focus on closing the scissors, thus learning to cut paper more effectively.

Once the child learns to perform the blade folding action, the learning lever can be flipped back to allow for normal cutting by opening and closing the scissors themselves.

Plastic-coated metal blades and blunt tips provide extra safety. Two wide, symmetrically sized handle loops are easier to grip – no matter how the child holds the scissors. The optimized opening angle helps children open the scissors without dropping them, making them easier to control.

Ideally suited for children from 3 years old. Suitable for both left-handed and right-handed users.
