We are not responsible for the selection of courier service parcel lockers. If your chosen parcel locker is overcrowded, a convenient alternative is not always selected. In such cases, you can contact your chosen courier service directly for redirection.
If the Buyer does not collect the goods from the parcel machine within the courier's specified time or if they cannot be delivered to the Buyer during the delivery period, such goods are returned to the Seller, the order is canceled, and the money paid for the goods is refunded to the Buyer, minus the delivery and courier service return fee.
