Payment
The Buyer can make purchases in the online store 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. All prices in the online store are indicated in euros, including VAT. The buyer undertakes to pay for the order within 3 (three) calendar days from the date of order confirmation. The shipment will only be prepared after payment for the goods has been received. If the buyer fails to make the payment within 3 (three) calendar days, the order will be canceled.
Delivery of goods
Goods are delivered by sending the products to the address you specify or to the selected post office. Delivery times vary depending on the delivery method selected. Under normal conditions, goods are delivered within 2-6 days of receipt of payment, unless otherwise specified for a particular product. Delivery prices vary depending on the delivery method selected, from 3.4 for a parcel locker to 9.00 for express home delivery. You guarantee and confirm that the delivery address provided with the order is complete and correct. If additional delivery costs are incurred due to incorrect delivery address details, you are responsible for these costs. Delivery is carried out by third parties operating under their own terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the actions of third parties and are not liable for delivery and delays due to force majeure circumstances. Force majeure circumstances include war, riots, interference by higher authorities, industrial disputes, strikes or lockouts, shortages of raw materials or energy, as well as unavoidable operational or transport disruptions, e.g., power supply disruptions, fire, floods, or adverse weather conditions affecting transportation.
Please note: we are not responsible for the selection of parcel terminals by the courier service. If the selected parcel terminal is full, a convenient alternative is not always available. In such cases, you can contact www.omniva.lt to have the shipment redirected for an additional fee of €2.80.
If the Buyer does not collect the goods from the parcel locker within the specified period (xx number of days) or if they cannot be delivered to the Buyer within the delivery time, such goods are returned to the Seller, the order is canceled, and the Buyer is refunded the money paid for the goods, minus the delivery and courier service return fee (€4.85).
