These terms and conditions of use (hereinafter referred to as the Terms) apply to the use of the website www.sekuvaiku.lt (hereinafter referred to as the Website), which belongs to Austėja Stancikienė, business ID No. 781791, and Miglė Rimeikienė, business ID No. 912350 (hereinafter referred to as sekuvaiku.lt).
Each time you use the Website, you must familiarize yourself with these Terms, especially if you use advice related to physical and mental health and safety. By using this Website, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions and agree to comply with them and any other terms and conditions or policies without reservation.
These terms and conditions have the same legal force as a contract between you and sekuvaiku.lt.
Sale of goods
The characteristics of each product sold on sekuvaiku.lt are generally indicated for each product in the store.
The goods listed in the sekuvaiku.lt store may differ in color, shape, or other parameters from the actual size, shape, and color of the goods due to the characteristics of the monitor used. The goods may also not meet your subjective expectations.
The prices indicated at the time of ordering apply to all goods and services. Our prices are indicated in euros and include the taxes currently applicable by law and do not include postage and packaging or other additional services, unless an alternative has been clearly agreed.
Goods are delivered by sending the products to the address you specify or to the selected post office. You guarantee and declare that the delivery address provided with the order is complete and correct. If incorrect delivery address details result in additional delivery costs, you are responsible for these costs.
Delivery is carried out by third parties operating under their own terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the actions of third parties. We are not responsible for delivery and delays due to force majeure circumstances. Force majeure circumstances include war, riots, interference by higher authorities, industrial disputes, strikes or lockouts, shortages of raw materials or energy, as well as unavoidable operational or transport disruptions, e.g., power supply disruptions, fire, floods, or adverse weather conditions affecting transportation.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content included on our Website, including but not limited to products, images, photographs, trademarks, music, sounds, videos, documents, drawings, figures, logos, menus, web pages, graphics, colors, schemes, designs, is the property of sekuvaiku.lt or third parties and is protected by copyright. logos, menus, web pages, graphics, colors, schemes, and designs, is the property of sekuvaiku.lt or third parties and is protected by national and international copyright and other intellectual property laws. Return and exchange of goods
The return of goods is carried out in accordance with the Order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania No. 217 of June 29, 2001, "On the Approval of the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Goods." The buyer must send the returned goods by registered mail. The registered mail number must be provided to the seller no later than 24 hours after shipment. The buyer shall bear the costs of returning quality goods or goods to be exchanged. To return the goods, the Buyer may do so within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer by informing the Seller by e-mail, attaching photos or videos of the goods and/or shipment describing the problem. The returned item must be in its original, undamaged packaging, unused, in the same condition as when the Buyer received it, without losing its commercial appearance (undamaged labels, protective film not removed, etc.). When returning the goods, it is necessary to provide a paper (printed) document of purchase (a copy of the order or transfer). If the Buyer notices any damage to the packaging upon delivery, they must indicate their comments on the delivery document provided by the courier or draw up a separate report on such damage. The Buyer must do this in the presence of the courier. If these actions are not taken, the Seller is released from liability to the Buyer for damage to the goods related to damage to the packaging that the Buyer did not indicate in the courier's delivery document. When returning a quality product, the Buyer shall only be refunded the amount paid for the product. Shipping costs shall not be refunded to the Buyer.
When returning the wrong goods, the Seller undertakes to replace such goods with the required goods. If the required goods are not available, the Buyer shall be refunded all money (for the goods and the actual shipping costs incurred). When a defective item is returned, the Seller undertakes to replace the defective item with a similar item or to refund the Buyer. To return a defective item(s), the Buyer may do so within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer by informing the Seller by e-mail, attaching photos or videos of the defective goods and/or shipment describing the problem. The returned defective item must be in its original undamaged packaging, unused, in the same condition as when the Buyer received it, without losing its commercial appearance (undamaged labels, protective film not removed, etc.). When returning a product, it is necessary to provide a paper (printed) proof of purchase. The Seller has the right not to accept goods returned by the Buyer if the Buyer does not comply with the goods return procedure set out in points 1.4-1.5, 1.9-1.10 of these Rules. If the Buyer paid for the goods with a gift voucher, the voucher and any additional amount paid (if any) shall be refunded. If the Buyer returns goods purchased at a discount, the amount paid for the goods with the applicable discount shall be refunded. We emphasize that, in accordance with Order No. 217 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania of June 29, 2001, "On the Approval of the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Goods," the following quality goods are not exchangeable or returnable: furniture, bedding, lighting fixtures, baby clothes, toys, and games.
Intellectual property
All rights to sekuvaiku.lt and the works contained therein are protected. No content or information on sekuvaiku.lt may be reproduced, made publicly available, or distributed without the prior written consent of sekuvaiku.lt.
All trademarks appearing on sekuvaiku.lt are the property of sekuvaiku.lt or are used by sekuvaiku.lt with permission.
The sekuvaiku.lt website contains articles, opinions, and insights that are the intellectual property of the authors indicated.
The website allows you to comment on articles and products. Your comments must not contain:
— profanity;
— offensive comments;
— comments promoting ethnic, racial, religious, or other hatred;
— threatening comments;
— advertisements.
Buyer's responsibility
The content of Sekuvaiku.lt may contain information related to emotional or physical health. Although we strive to ensure the quality of the content provided, you must consult a doctor or pharmacist before making decisions about your or your child's emotional or physical health.
The products sold on Sekuvaiku.lt are made from natural, non-toxic materials in order to maintain their naturalness. Minimal processing with dyes is used, so natural wear and tear of the material is possible after prolonged use.
Proper use and care of the product is the responsibility of the Buyer. By making a purchase, the Buyer undertakes to:
— follow the instructions for use and care of the product;
— not to leave the child playing unattended, and to remove the product from the child's environment if a possible defect or wear is noticed;
— to notify sekuvaiku.lt of any unusual defects or noticed shortcomings of the product.

Availability and liability

Sekuvaiku.lt is only liable for direct losses if its legal representative or one of its representatives (but not the service provider) has breached a fundamental contractual obligation or if the losses were caused by gross negligence or intent on the part of sekuvaiku.lt, its legal representative or one of its representatives (but not the service providers).
Alternative dispute resolution
Any dispute related to our Website must be resolved through negotiations between you and sekuvaiku.lt by email at labas@sekuvaiku.lt

Final provisions
Sekuvaiku.lt has the right to transfer, in whole or in part, any contracts concluded with you or service providers.
These Terms and Conditions may be unilaterally changed or updated by sekú-vaikú without prior notice to you. Therefore, you must familiarize yourself with these Terms each time you order services or purchase goods.
Any disputes arising between you and sekuvaiku.lt shall be governed by the laws and jurisdiction of the Republic of Lithuania.
