Refund Policy

Returns are handled in accordance with Order No. 217 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania dated June 29, 2001, "On the Approval of Rules for the Return and Exchange of Goods." We emphasize that, in accordance with Order No. 217 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania of June 29, 2001, "On the Approval of Rules for the Return and Exchange of Goods," the following high-quality goods are non-exchangeable and non-returnable: furniture, toys, games, books.

The buyer must return the goods: write the order number inside the shipment and send it to the courier's post office of their choice at Midaugo g. 25, Vilnius, tel. no.: +370 (625) 81 725 (Ieva). The tracking number of the returned shipment must be provided to the Seller no later than 24 hours after dispatch by email to labas@sekuvaiku.lt.Išimtiniais. In cases of return of quality goods or exchangeable goods, the return costs shall be borne by the buyer.

The Buyer may return the goods within 7 (seven) days of the date of delivery to the Buyer by informing the Seller by email, attaching photos or videos of the goods and/or shipment describing the problem.

The returned item must be in its original undamaged packaging, undamaged, unused, in the same condition as the Buyer received it, without losing its commercial appearance (undamaged labels, protective film not removed, etc.). When returning the goods, it is necessary to provide a paper (printed) document of purchase (a copy of the order or transfer).

If the Buyer notices any damage to the packaging upon delivery, they must indicate their comments on the delivery document provided by the courier or draw up a separate report on these violations. The Buyer must do this in the presence of the courier. If these actions are not taken, the Seller is released from liability to the Buyer for damage to the goods related to damage to the packaging that the Buyer did not indicate in the courier's delivery document.

When returning a quality product, the Buyer shall only be refunded the amount paid for the product. Shipping costs shall not be refunded to the Buyer.

When returning an incorrectly delivered item, the Seller undertakes to replace such item with the required item. If the required item is not available, the Buyer shall be refunded the full amount (for the item and the actual shipping costs incurred).

When a defective item is returned, the Seller undertakes to replace the defective item with a similar item or to refund the Buyer.

To return a defective item(s), the Buyer may do so within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer by informing the Seller by e-mail, attaching photos or videos of the defective goods and/or shipment describing the problem.

The returned defective item must be in its original undamaged packaging, unused, in the same condition as when the Buyer received it, without losing its commercial appearance (undamaged labels, protective film not removed, etc.). When returning a product, it is necessary to provide a paper (printed) proof of purchase.

The Seller has the right not to accept goods returned by the Buyer if the Buyer does not comply with the goods return procedure set out in points 1.4-1.5, 1.9-1.10 of these Rules.

If the Buyer paid for the goods with a gift voucher, the voucher and any additional amount paid (if any) shall be refunded.

If the Buyer returns goods purchased at a discount, the amount paid for the goods with the applicable discount shall be refunded.

Final provisions

Sekuvaiku.lt has the right to transfer, in whole or in part, any contracts concluded with you or service providers. These Terms and Conditions may be unilaterally changed or updated by sekú-vaikú without prior notice to you. Therefore, each time you order services or purchase goods, you must familiarize yourself with these Terms and Conditions. Any disputes arising between you and sekuvaiku.lt shall be governed by the laws and jurisdiction of the Republic of Lithuania.
