This Privacy Policy sets out how we process information in our activities and why certain personal data about you is collected. Please note that by using the sekuvaiku.lt website, you agree to comply with this Privacy Policy.

Your rights
Except where exceptions are provided for in the relevant legislation, you have the following rights in relation to the processing of your personal data:
The right to access your personal data. You have the right to contact us with a free-form request to access your personal data. Upon receiving this request, we will provide you with a copy of the information related to you and explain why and how we process this information.
The right to request that we correct, supplement, or delete any of your personal data if it is inaccurate or incomplete.
The right to request that your personal data be deleted when we no longer need to store it ("right to be forgotten").
The right to restrict processing when you contest the accuracy of the data, the processing is unlawful and you oppose the erasure of the data, we no longer need the data for the purposes of the processing, but it is required for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims, or you have objected to the processing of the data; time is needed to verify whether the legitimate grounds for processing override your grounds;
The right to request that your personal data be provided to you and, where possible, transferred directly to another data controller;
The right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time, where the processing is based on your consent or on the existence of a legitimate interest;
The right to object to the processing of your personal data;
The right to lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority according to your place of residence or work, as well as according to the place of data processing, which is the Republic of Lithuania, or the place where the violation occurred. In Lithuania, this authority is the State Data Protection Inspectorate.
You have the right to request that we stop using your personal information for marketing purposes at any time.
You have the right to object to being subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning you or significantly affects you.
The relevant actions will be taken no later than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of the request. The information may be provided free of charge no more than once per calendar year.

Third-party services
Your personal data will be stored in accordance with all confidentiality standards and will only be provided to service providers who have entered into agreements with us. The information we disclose to the third parties listed below is considered appropriate in light of the services provided by those third parties:
Your ID, device ID, actions taken, device model, operating system name, country, region, and city of residence are used for Google Analytics purposes.
Omnisend services are used to send our newsletters. For this purpose, we provide your email address, country, and name to Omnisend, which operates
Privacy Policy Changes
We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time and without prior notice. All new changes to it shall enter into force from the moment they are published on sekuvaiku.lt.
If we intend to use your personal data for a new purpose that is not covered by this Privacy Policy, we will provide a notice explaining this new purpose before starting new processing operations, indicating the relevant purposes and conditions of processing. If required by law, we will try to obtain your prior consent for the new use of personal data.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute shall be resolved through negotiations between you and us by email to labas@sekuvaiku.lt.
Given that the data is processed in Lithuania, the State Data Protection Inspectorate of the Republic of Lithuania is considered the responsible supervisory authority.
If the dispute reaches a court, the laws of the Republic of Lithuania will apply, and the dispute will be resolved by a competent court of the Republic of Lithuania.
