March is the season when the first signs of spring return. Have you already heard the cheerful songs of birds in your yard? Maybe even spotted a few? But did you know — not all birds fly away for the winter. Some of them stay with us all year round.

Together with “Skaitau nuo gimimo” we created these 3-part Montessori cards, designed to help children recognize different birds and learn which ones spend the winter here, and which return with the spring.

You can enrich the activity by listening to bird calls (link included in the file).

For older children, these cards also make a wonderful tool for practicing letter recognition and early reading.

This car was created by Dutch designer Floris Hovers. The cars are manufactured and painted in Italy, and assembled and packaged in the Waytoplay Toys workshop in Haarlem, the Netherlands.

This table is comfortable, with a fairly spacious tabletop and raised sides that prevent tools from rolling away. And most importantly, the surface of the tabletop is easy to clean. We tried it ourselves!

Comfortable, sturdy, stable and practical - just what a chair for a toddler should be. For the little ones who have just started walking, S The 2.5-inch chair has armrests that prevent it from sliding off the side, and is deeper, allowing you to climb in from the front and get comfortable.

For older people, L The 2018-sized chair is a bit more minimalistic, but still wide and sturdy enough, with a sufficiently wide and high back support.
